What does a monthly shipment consist of?
Each shipment features two different beers from two different breweries. Members may elect to receive one bottle of each beer (two total), two bottles of each beer (four total) or three bottles each beer (six total) each month. Additionally, members receive tasting notes on each beer and an overview of recommended food pairings. Click here for more information about the advantages of club membership. When will I get my first shipment?
In order to ensure that your shipment will arrive by the end of the month, the cut off date to place for the current month is 15th of every month with the exception of December when we extend out cut off date to the 20th.
What if I’m not available when my beer is delivered?
UPS or another authorized carrier will make attempts to deliver according to there guidelines. After the first attempt, they should leave a contact number for you to contact them directly for shipping arrangements.
What if my beer is damaged?
If you find that your beer has been damaged call Customer care at 800-625-8238.
What if I am unhappy with the beer?
We guarantee quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for Customer Care assistance.
